Caesarstone Kitchen Remodeling: The Fort Worth Owner’s Guide
A full Caesarstone kitchen remodel in Fort Worth typically runs $14,000 to $45,000 installed, with the countertop work itself falling between $2,000 and $6,500 depending on slab size, edge profile, and how much of your existing layout we’re reworking. Most owners call us after a crack spreads across a seam, a sink cutout starts chipping, or they’re tired of the 2004-era granite and want the matte white Caesarstone they saw in a friend’s new build near Benbrook. You’re not buying a part off a shelf here: you’re getting a measured, fabricated, and installed surface that fits your exact cabinet footprint.
We’re an independent Fort Worth remodeler, not a Caesarstone dealer. That means we’ll tell you when a repair makes more sense than a full replacement, and when the existing substrate under your countertops needs work before any new slab goes down. Luca Romano has walked enough Fort Worth kitchens to know the difference between a failing surface and a failing install, and we price accordingly.

Which Caesarstone Models This Applies To

Caesarstone’s kitchen lineup splits into a few families, and the way we approach the remodel depends on which one you have. The Classico and Supernatural series are the most common in Fort Worth homes built or renovated in the last ten years. Supernatural slabs have a finer grain and trend toward matte finishes; Classico runs a little more textured and has been around longer. The Outdoor series shows up on covered patio kitchens and needs a different fabrication approach because UV exposure changes how seams behave.
The compatibility gotcha most owners don’t know: Caesarstone slabs are nominally 3cm thick, but actual thickness can vary by up to 1mm from batch to batch. If we’re replacing just one section of your countertop, that variance matters. We measure with a digital caliper on-site before ordering, not from the spec sheet. Matching an eight-year-old color like Raven or Frosty Carrina to a new slab is rarely exact, so if you’re after a seamless match on a partial replacement, we’ll tell you straight whether it’ll look right. For full remodels, this doesn’t matter. For a patch job, it’s the difference between a repair you’re happy with and one you’ll stare at for the next five years.
OEM versus aftermarket matters here too. Caesarstone doesn’t sell “parts” the way a faucet maker does. You’re buying slab, fabricated and installed. Aftermarket slabs from other quartz makers can look close, but if your heart’s set on the exact Caesarstone color, we order from their current catalog. If you’re open to equivalent colors from Cambria or Silestone, we’ll price both and show you samples side by side so you can decide with your own eyes.

Signs Your Caesarstone Kitchen Remodeling Is Failing
- Cracks running from the sink cutout. This is the most common failure we see in Fort Worth kitchens with undermount sinks. The thin strip in front of the sink carries all the stress, and if the cabinet below settles or the original installer didn’t rod the slot, it cracks. On clay-heavy Fort Worth soil, cabinets shift more than people expect, and the quartz has nowhere to flex.
- Chipping along the counter edge. Quartz is hard but brittle. A dropped cast-iron pan can chip the edge profile, especially on square or eased edges. Small chips can sometimes be filled with color-matched epoxy; a series of chips along a high-traffic edge usually means it’s time to re-profile or replace.
- Seam separation or a visible glue line. Seams should be tight and nearly invisible. If you can feel the seam with a fingernail or the seam line has yellowed, the adhesive failed. Fort Worth’s temperature swings from summer to winter cause expansion and contraction; a seam that was marginal on day one gets worse every year.
- Permanent stains in matte or textured finishes. Caesarstone is marketed as stain-resistant, but the lighter colors with more texture can hold onto coffee, red wine, or oil if spills sit. If you can’t lift the stain with a quartz cleaner, it’s in the resin binder, not on the surface. Refinishing is tricky and rarely invisible.
- The slab feels loose or sounds hollow when you tap it. A solidly installed Caesarstone top should feel dead under your knuckles. If sections sound hollow or move when you press down, the adhesive bond to the cabinet deck failed or was never done right. That’s an install problem, and it only gets worse.

AfterReplacement Cost & What’s Included

In Fort Worth, a full kitchen remodel with Caesarstone surfaces lands between $14,000 and $45,000. The range is wide because the job varies: a compact galley kitchen in Ridglea with stock cabinets and a single 10-foot run costs far less than a 300-square-foot open kitchen in Tanglewood with a 9-foot island and waterfall edges.
Here’s how the line items typically break down:
- Countertop installation: $2,000 – $6,500 (includes template, fabrication, edge profile, install)
- Cabinet installation: $4,000 – $13,000 (KraftMaid or Wellborn, full or partial)
- Backsplash installation: $800 – $2,500 (tile with Schluter edge trim where it meets the counter)
- Kitchen island installation: $3,000 – $10,000 (including Caesarstone top)
- Full kitchen remodel: $14,000 – $45,000 all-in
Every job gets a written price before we pick up a tool. What’s included: demolition and haul-away of the old surface, cabinet prep and leveling, template and fabrication, slab delivery and install, sink cutout and undermount sink setting, caulking and seam finishing, and a cleanup that leaves your kitchen usable. The invoice you see is the number you approved. No change orders after work starts unless you ask us to add something. And every install carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it’s not done right, we come back and make it right, in writing.
DIY or Call Us?
You can do a few things yourself if you suspect your Caesarstone is failing. Check the seams with your fingernail. Test for hollow spots with a knuckle tap. Look for cracks under direct light along the sink cutout and behind the faucet plate. Mark the spots with painter’s tape and take photos. That gives us a real starting point when you call.
What you should not do is attempt to move, lift, or repair a quartz slab yourself. A full-size Caesarstone countertop can weigh 300 to 600 pounds. A cracked slab under tension can break while you’re shifting it, and the edges are sharp enough to send you to urgent care. Repairs involving epoxy on structural cracks require precise color matching and pressure jigs. If the slab is loose, the risk isn’t just cosmetic; a failed adhesive bond means a heavy slab could drop if someone leans on it. Call a professional. If you want to know whether it’s a repair or a replacement, call us at (682) 841-6652. We’ll give you an honest answer and a written price either way.
FAQs

A properly installed Caesarstone countertop should last 20 to 30 years in a Fort Worth kitchen. The surface itself will hold up; what shortens the lifespan is what’s underneath it. Clay soil foundation movement, cheap cabinet decks that flex, and bad original installs are what kill quartz tops early. We’ve seen twelve-year-old Caesarstone that looks brand new, and four-year-old slabs that cracked because the cabinet underneath was never shimmed level. The install is what decides your lifespan. Call (682) 841-6652 if you want us to look at yours.
Sometimes, and it depends on where the crack runs and what caused it. A small chip on an edge profile can often be filled with color-matched quartz epoxy and sanded smooth. A clean crack in a low-stress area can sometimes be repaired if we can stabilize the underside. But a crack running from the sink cutout, or any crack caused by a shifting cabinet, will keep coming back until the structural problem is fixed. We’ll tell you which situation you’re in before we quote anything. Estimates are free.
Countertop-only replacement takes about one to two weeks from template to finish in Fort Worth; the template visit is one day, fabrication runs three to five days, and install is usually a single day. A full kitchen remodel with cabinets, countertops, and backsplash typically runs four to eight weeks. We’ll give you a schedule in writing before work starts, and you get photo updates before and after each phase under The Relay Standard.
We don’t warehouse full slabs at Sawyer Remodel Fort Worth. We order from Caesarstone’s current catalog per project, which means you get a fresh slab matched to your template, not whatever’s been sitting in a yard. If you need a specific color, we’ll confirm availability before we quote, and we’ll pull samples so you see the color in your kitchen’s lighting, not a showroom. Call (682) 841-6652 to start.
